A magical forest path at night. A re-imagined heron lane, my dogs favourite walk, full of amazing flora and fauna and yes the occasional dear that crosses our path.

The painting is characterized by a dominant cool palette of deep blues, indigos, and lush greens. There is a winding dark path that leads through dense foliage with a small fawn subtly positioned as the end of the distant curve. The cool pallet gives this painting a magical and whimsical air and induces that childhood curiosity feeling in us .
